A space question is easier to follow with the available length and width, the planned gap between stations and the order in which you intend to use them. Describe slopes or surface changes separately from those measurements.

For a tunnel query, mention the Curve Practice Tunnel and whether the Tunnel Anchor Pair is included. The anchors require filling; they are not an extra obstacle. Jump questions should identify the frame or crossbar component rather than only the chosen practice height.

If a part arrives damaged, explain the carton condition and the specific joint, rib, fabric section or mat affected. Preserve packaging and keep unused gear clean. Equipment questions cannot replace individual training advice about your dog's readiness for an exercise.
